Thursday, August 24, 2023 - Opened and drank immediately Beautiful light red color and wonderful mature nose. Thick viscosity. When in the mouth you feel the age. Still a good glass but on the downhill. Plums and raisins on the fruity side. But the tertiary notes dominating. An earthy and mature fell dominating (and I like it) Vanilla, leather, tobacco, acetone. Short aftertaste. It’s very easy to drink due to its lack of tannins and acidity. The bottle was almost empty before the meal was ready :-(
