There is excellent balance and poise already while it does show a slight toasty side from the oak use. The Medium bodied feel is deft and balanced with tart, high acidity. It’s been a minute since I’ve had a Huertebise and this is just flowing right now. I don't think this really needs that much aging as it is fairly seamless already with a good amount of integration on both the nose and palate.
