Saturday, December 30, 2023 - Pale ruby, aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, smoke & leather. Good body with high acidity, plenty of ripe fruity tannins. To taste red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, smoke & cedar. Good length. Very good. Lacking a little depth and complexity but very well balamced with delicious flavours. Time in hand.
