Wednesday, January 17, 2024 - This is made in Rosso's style, no wood notes, lots of juicy fruit translucent color. Old style barolo, that can be drank in its youth it delivers lots of pleasure. It is simple to drink but complex if one wants to dig deep. The superficial fruit, is backed by tar, leaves, meat, spices. And after opening up more, white flowers, especially thrush, which becomes very intense with time. A great wine ready now but that be stored for another 10 years. Great value at $49.99.
