Wednesday, March 1, 2023 - This wine has come together nicely . Popped and poured and paired with shepherds pie . Very aromatic, which I think is due to the Cabernet franc. Dark fruits , black cherry, pepper, vanilla/baking spice and some minerality on the nose. Medium minus acidity and medium tannins. Well-integrated. Long finish.
