Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - Lovely sparkling wine that is an interesting blend of Cab franc and Chenin; very enjoyable and food friendly. Nose with lemon peel, wax, hint of honeyed pear and also a little spice. Palate is fresh, but rich with good body and mouthfeel. Finishes nicely. Great as an aperitif.
