Friday, June 16, 2023 - Deep ruby. Medium plus on the nose. Fruit forward. Black plum, pepper, black cherry, cedar. Developing.
Dry, medium acid, high tannin, high alcohol, medium finish. Medium plus intensity on the palate, black fruit, chocolate.
Wine is good, balanced, good finish and intensity. Pair with red meat. Drink now (decant for two hours) with aging potential.
