Monday, January 26, 2009 - this took a long time to come to life. Initially very sour nose, off-putting; did improve cedarwood, canned asparagus, lemon squeaking through. Palate all about texture, initially all upfront but lengthened out; caramel, delicate. Spicy smooth finish
