Friday, September 25, 2015 - Wine Tasting Group: Five from '05 (Peter and Fran's): This was the biggest disappointment of the tasting for me, once the wines were revealed. The nose was very muted. The wine was pretty big with good fruit intensity, but there were some subtle raisiny notes in comparison to the others, as well as some heat when this warmed up a bit. My #4, group's #4. I though this was the Mitolo Reiver Shiraz. Not nearly as good as the '03s I've had in the past. My only bottle so not so sad about that.
