Monday, December 15, 2008 - Less of a brooding, structured beast than I imagined, this was open, round and generous, with vanilla and milk chocolate on the nose, with cherry fruit and currant notes. Though I know it sees only French oak, my first impression was that it showed American oak. Very plush, finishing with macaroon cookies and a bit of spicy cedar. Like this. Not among the most structured wines in the Andrew Will stable, but it certainly is delicious. 92-93
