Wednesday, December 28, 2022 - This was super tasty. Drinking really well given its youth. Seems like has some aging potential given the tannic backbone but tbh, I wouldn’t hesitate to drink now. Definitely a bit of a fruit bomb. Lots of blackberry, cassis, chocolate Had with a grilled ribeye and was excellent match.
