Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - Green apple, with less flint than expected from a Chablis. Very saline and acidic; while refreshing, in my opinion it demands food. Glad I have more in my cellar since I suspect this wine could use another 2-3 years to really come into its own. Pleasant, and if you can find it for under $30 like I did that is a steal. Certainly good QPR at $30-$40 but above $50 there are better QPR Chablis.
