Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Considering its 5 years old, amazing that this hits me with mineral and more mineral; very dry, lots of acid. some citrus on the palate and finish but definitely mineral driven all the way. Great stuff!
Does seem to be some bottle variation with the balance between fruit and mineral: this one got all the mineral!
