Friday, December 2, 2011 - Bryan's Burgundy Lunch (Medlar, Chelsea): No formal note but this wine punched way over its weight, with a lovely red fruited, sous-bois and earthy palate, still going strong with good depth, covering still slightly firm but by no means unripe tannins, and a good length, fresh, savoury finish. Lovely.
