Monday, October 23, 2023 - Australian and new Zealand tasting (Copenhagen): Tasted bin 707 2019, Grange 2018 and Quantum 2018. All ratings based on performance right now. A clear winner was Grange. They all deserve time in cellar!

Bin 707: Deep purple color. Extremely rich and fruity, mint, cassis. High tannins and alcohol, full body, long finish. 93

Grange: 97% shiraz, 3% cab. sauv., Deep purple (extremely dark). Black berry, mint, cassis. Medium acidity, high+ tannins, high alcohol, full body, long finish. 95+

Quantum: 87% cab. sauv., 13% shiraz. Brand new cuvee. Deep purple color. Closed at the moment. Medium acidity, high tannins and alcohol, full body, long finish. 92
