Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Nice color for its age. Initially a slightly animalistic tone in the nose that quickly dissipated leaving room for a pleasant sweetness that combined with a bit of iron reminded me of raspberries and blood oranges. Developed beautifully over time and had an incredibly strong finish.
