This embodies what I love about Cayuse. So much going on. You just want to sit and smell and take small sips, trying to capture all of the flavors that pass along. Still pretty tight. This has lots of life ahead of it. After a while more notes of blueberry syrup. About two hours in this is starting to shut down a bit. This started in the 95 plus realm; then closed a bit.
