Saturday, November 3, 2012 - Pomegranate, celery root, orange clay, seaweed, applewood, smoke and shit in the nose. Dark cherry, pomegranate, pineapple rind, a little bell pepper on a long palate. Lots of glycerine streaking the stemware. Combines stylistic aspects of St. Julian (think old-school Lagrange and Gruaud Larouse), as well as modern Right-Bank garage wines like Chateau Gracia. Fulfills the hype.
