Sunday, March 10, 2024 - Notes during the first hour open. So full of creamy oak and brambles, it's like a Rombauer Cabernet oak bomb. But it tastes like expensive oak, so it's ok ;)
Will update tomorrow to see how it compares to my note from January.
Second day: the big wall of butterscotchy oak has tamed down and let more fruit and spice into the picture. This is a high "yum" factor wine that will also play well with a good range of foods.
