Saturday, October 15, 2022 - New Release Burgundy Tasting (Chicago.wine - Glenview IL): Walk around tasting. Complex combination of stone fruit, ripe orchard fruit and lemon custard. So much here, nearly sweet for now, but with so much enticing concentration and good+ length. I tend to enjoy Paul Pernot wines on the younger side, and think this may be best 2024-2032, 92-93 point potential. My #1 wine of the afternoon.
