Wednesday, November 15, 2023 - A stubborn monkey here, with a strict and linear delivery. The bead of lemon juice and pith is not astringent nor off-putting, but it is certainly sitting square in its own lane with little interest in budging in terms of flavor expansion. You feel it just wanting to pop and give up the goods, but it remains stern in posture. The speed is fantastic, but the mid palate drop is superficial. A lot of promise here, but patience is the key. The 2019 is more approachable at this stage than the 2020. Sealed with DIAM. A bit of a hard read. Try again in 7+ years.
