Monday, May 22, 2023 - Color: light gold
Nose: definitely sherry like with raisin, honey, toasted almond and hazelnut, brown butter, a lot of wet stone
Palate: medium-high acidity and medium-full body, the wine is nicely balanced. Not giving in terms of fruit aroma, nevertheless it has a great complexity and evolution with air, hinting at subtle citrus and stone fruit against the honey and raisin backdrop. Feels salty
Finish: medium

Oxidative style, this wine is too young now i think. It has the structure to age a lot, and i think it will show more and more depth with time. The beautiful honey nutty core here is worth the ticket price. Needs a lot of air at this stage, it's wasted if served cold
