Thursday, June 22, 2023 - It’s shocking how good this was. Right away you can sense there is a bit more to this than your normale Chianti Classico. The 85% Sangiovese comes through nicely as it Carrie’s some welcome weight from the cab sauv. Was really impressed with this on the two times I tasted it. I liked it so much at the winery that I chose to drink this again over a 2018 Sammarco at dinner that same evening.
