Sunday, December 31, 2023 - A bit on the young side, but after opened and warmed up for an hour it developed more depth and was quite good with pasta Bolognese. Dark cherry and a lot of oak. Medium bodied, medium high acid, and some grippy tannins. Guessing it will be best in 2-3 more years.
