Sunday, December 18, 2022 - Initially, lemon, lemon, curd with its pastry crust, and as it warms, more white flower, blossom, peach, peach nectar. Full malolactic fermentation, no oak. Medium-plus acid. 13.7% alcohol, but seems higher. Medium-plus intensity. Full body with a moderately viscous texture.
