Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - Red blend from Slopes of Meliton, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Limnio, Merlot. Matured 24 months in oak and 1 year in bottle. In this special case it spent more then 10 years in bottle before it was opened; Needed long decanting when opened; Deep purple color; complex aromas with bold ripe black fruit, bit smoky and spicy. Long finish. Bit Frenchy.
