Friday, April 26, 2024 - Tried a small remaining amount, from yesterday's bottle (re-sealed with plastic closure and left out on counter). It had opened-up a bit more, with less tannins, but overall similar notes. Perhaps a bit more flabby. Would give the same rating: 78 (not done to prevent over-influencing score). (Without food and with good company.)
