Thursday, September 23, 2010 - Forgot that I had seen this had issues and it was still in the cellar. Wife had opened for dinner. Fizzy but still had a nice nose. So about 5 minutes of vigorous shaking and then let it rest a while. Repeated one more time and the CO2 was mostly gone. Enjoyable enough with my spanish rice and sausage but still a bit sparkling. Definitely flawed.
