Tuesday, September 8, 2020 - Consistent with the previous comments, this wine needs time to aerate. For my taste, it drinks much better on Day 2 after being refrigerated overnite. Next day with 2/3 of the bottle left, I find a better balance of acidity and tannins with cassis, red fruits and, of course, vosne spice. Quite lovely!
