Wednesday, May 24, 2023 - Tasted this at the Almaviva Wine Dinner organised by Infinite Wines at the Nest @ One Farrer.

Made up of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Carménère, 5% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, and 1% Merlot.

Very ripe and juicy. Great concentration due to lower yields. Freshness took over after the wine breathed a while in the glass.
