Ladeiras do Bibei (Valdeorras) with south-facing narrow, vertiginous
terraces on steep slopes at 400-600 m with poor and coarse
granitic soils and old bush vines organically farmed.
Manual harvest in boxes.
Fermented in oak vats with indigenous yeasts.
Aged in 2,000-liter oak foudre.
Minimal sulfur at bottling.
13% Abv. 1,200 bottles + 50 magnums
