Friday, July 7, 2023 - Beautiful Alsatian Riesling. Honey, apricot, and apple. Nice crisp acidity, dry but maybe a tiny bit of residual sugar. A fuller bodied Riesling very pleasant. Great food wine. I’ll be buying some more if I can find it.
