Saturday, June 25, 2022 - Cork on this bottle only had a 1/4 inch of cork that wasn’t saturated but the wine survived. Had to pour small amounts and not swirl . Nose was oak Burrell , mushroom , leather , forest floor. Pallete was tart dry cranberry , hibiscus , mushroom , leather . Would drink sooner rather and later . Wine tasted great and if sat in glass a few minutes it completely flattened out
