Monday, September 28, 2020 - This opened bottle was forgotten in the back of my fridge for at least a month. Surprise, surprise, surprise! Still plenty of flavor and enjoyment present. Very dark, looks like maple syrup. Nose of spicy, plasticy botrytis spice, fig, burnt toffee; acidic body with flavors of plastic, exotic tropical fruit, and peach marmalade. Wraps up with a long clingy finish. Wish I remembered when this was opened.
