Saturday, July 29, 2023 - A confident wine right out the gate. Immediately you feel this structure/backbone that beams through the back palate. It’s structured and powerful yet somewhat restrained all at the same time. The iron fist in velvet glove analogy would work well here.

As the wine starts to soften with air that structure remains in place (in a very good way).

My first experience with this and very impressed. I can see why it comes recommended.
