Wednesday, July 6, 2022 - Barnyard, Soil, and Red Fruits on the Palate - it smells delicious and you can tell that you are in for a very good Pinot Noir. Cherry, Mushrooms, "Classic" Pinot Noir Barnyard and Soil on the palate. There is a nice Salinity to this Wine and there are still a few Unresolved Tannins. 5-6 seconds finish that makes you want to have more.

My favorite Pinot Noir Pairing is fried mushrooms with salt and pepper.
