Sunday, November 5, 2023 - Very funky bouquet, like a combination of mushrooms and blood. Bouquet was much fruitier the second day, with pronounced intense cherry. Dark fruit flavors, good acidity, mild tannins. Very different from any other Pinot I've had. Really good stuff!
