Friday, April 3, 2009 - Finally got around to this one. Picked two up in 2006. Plastic cork(??). Light sediment. Took a few hours to come around but showing cherry and dirt nose, red fruit palate. Good acidity but not obtrusive. Paired with poached rainbow trout.
