Community Tasting Note

Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Had initial feelings of regret for purchasing this wine AND signing up for the wine club after opening and tasting this wine on the first night. Tasted like synthetic cherry and red candy and not horribly complex. Night number two was a completely different story. Almost a completely different wine! Cloves, holiday spice, plum and dark cherries and kirsch. Much darker fruit profile and as my wife said - "tastes a lot more sophisticated" than it did on the previous night.
