Monday, June 13, 2022 - Zialena is best known for its remarkable zinfandels. This Cab proves the winery is no one trick pony. The nose shows an abundance of fruit and some hints of spice. On the palate, the balance and complexity of fruit, spice, earth, and acid is surprisingly good for a wine that is just over 3 years old. Medium finish that highlights the fruit flavors. Will likely buy more.
