Friday, August 11, 2023 - Ripe grapefruit, lilies, crown flower, guava, agave and lemon thyme. Savory minerals throughout every phase on the palate, with the requisite percolating tendencies. Long and gliding. There’s the vintage’s fullness and a killer grip. So delectable today, but will age for many years as the intensity and backbone are well-balanced. So classic. Drink 2025 -.
