Tuesday, February 23, 2010 - Barnyard aromas that didn't quite dissipate after two hours of aeration - still noticeable on second day. Earthy, cherry notes on the palate but muted/closed, and some bitterness in the after taste, especially on second day. Flawed bottle? Seems to have signs of brett infection.
