Wednesday, November 8, 2023 - It was silky and good, but nothing earth shattering taste profile wise. Deep purple color, low tannin, complex profile with slight bits of currant and blackberries. had with lighter pasta, so would pair better with heavier meat/sauce combo. Could lay down another few years also
