Thursday, April 21, 2022 - 10% new oak. Medium nose shows light baking spice, lemon zest, dried pineapple, dried vanilla. Palate has CA style, but it's restrained, light buttery note, clean citrus, bright apple and pear, acidity does well for balance. Similar to 2019.
