Monday, September 25, 2023 - This wine was a special treat. It has wonderful stonefruit flavours along with cassis. Unlike other Syrahs aged in oak, this wine losses all of the flavours that come with oak; which to my surprise, brings forward more fruit flavours without being overly jammy or tart. Alternatively, it has subtle flavors of clay and flint. Amazing!
