Monday, January 24, 2022 - This is a baby; but it is good stuff; the nose is exuberant with ripe red and blue fruits, also quite a lot of mineral/stone notes, very floral, and a hint of orange peel. The palate is initially quite fruit forward and super primary, but with a bit of air, this actually tightens up and becomes livelier and more mineral driven. Remains very floral and mineral throughout. Great development potential here. Hands off for at least 5-8 years.
