Saturday, March 18, 2023 - PnP into a Grassl Liberte. Needed something white and refreshing after pruning trees all day and I have a six pack of this. It delivered exactly what I needed. Raul Perez is such a great winemaker. This is the perfect balance of fruity and mineral with a stony finish that draws you to the next sip. Bright acidity in balance with the fruit. Makes me wonder why I chase $$$ bottles when this is readily available and hits the spot so well.
