Saturday, May 28, 2022 - Very light straw yellow. Clean, steely nose with pear, apple, and minerals showing up. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of lemon, apple, pear, and minerals. Not terribly exciting, but varietally correct, and pairs well with seafood, lighter fare, and sausage and broccoli rabe pasta tonight.
