Friday, March 22, 2024 - Excellent Grand Cru riesling. Upon opening: Petrol, pineapple, green apple, lemon, wet slate, salt. This is a riesling full of ripe fruit flavors and is still quite primary at the moment. I may lay the other one down for a year or two to let some of the secondary notes come into focus a bit more.

6 hours in the fridge after being open was kind to this wine and evolved into a very smoky minerally wine. This is really lovely stuff!
