Sunday, April 21, 2024 - My first time tasting a Clos du Cellier wine, and certainly not my last. The 2020 Givry Premier Cru is a classic in the making. I let my wine breathe in the glass for 30 minutes before I began sipping. This wine needs about a decade of aging, but is most definitely drinking nicely right now. I'm rating it 92, but it could go as high as 95 in time. Is it worth $69 a bottle? A bargain indeed.
